Morocco: The national airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) even better airline in Africa.
The 20th edition of the «GT Tested Reader Survey» of Global Traveler magazine once again dedicates, Royal Air Maroc (RAM) best airline in Africa.
The continuous efforts of Royal Air Maroc in improving the customer experience contributed to this award awarded again this year to the company during a ceremony in Los Angeles said a statement of the company.
Named «Best Regional Airline in Africa», Royal Air Maroc was awarded the Skytrax Airline Award also in 2023 for the ninth consecutive year, according to the same source who specifies that this distinction reaffirms the position of Royal Air Maroc as a regional leader in the air transport sector.
According to Hamid Addou, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Air Maroc quoted in the press release, ‘This new distinction demonstrates the resilience and determination of RAM, particularly in a constantly changing global context. It is the result of the unwavering commitment of our employees, who work tirelessly to offer quality service at every stage of the customer journey.”

The GT Tested Reader Survey is a benchmark survey for the airline industry and high-end tourism. It is organized by Global Traveler, an international monthly magazine distributed mainly to business and tourism travelers. Some 20,000 magazine subscribers participated in the 20th edition of the GT Tested Reader Survey.
In addition, Royal Air Maroc is a member since 2020, of the oneworld alliance that is repeatedly distinguished during this year 2023.It was voted Best Air Alliance for the 14th consecutive year in the GT Tested Reader Survey Awards and won the Best Air Alliance in Business Traveller Awards.
It should also be noted that oneworld has been designated as the Favourite Airline Alliance by Trazee Travel readers for the sixth time, thus affirming its position as a prominent alliance.
